About This Role As a Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator with CVS Health, you will utilize your clinical skills to educate patients and their caregivers on complex Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) therapies, providing infusion training and clinical support. Highlights Pay: $60,522 - $129,615/year Location: Milwaukee, WI Schedule: Full-time Travel: Approximately 30% work from home, 70% in-person visits within a two-hour drive What You'll Do Consult and collaborate with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy operations, and the sales team to coordinate the patient’s plan of care. Assist patients initiating or transitioning to infused or inhaled therapies for PAH. Develop deep relationships with patients and caregivers in a one‑on‑one setting. Participate in on‑call as business needs require. Travel to educate patients on administering their therapies.
